How much does this crazy thing cost?

Currently, our prices are $20 Sun – Wed, and $25 on Friday and Saturday. We do offer coupons and discounts from time to time. Like us on Facebook to keep informed.

How long does it take?

Each Challenge is strictly regulated (by us) at 60 minutes. Your time starts the moment you step into your booked room. We do require all participants to arrive 15 minutes prior to their booked Challenge time slot for a safety briefing, restroom usage, etc. There is also a short “debrief” whereby we love to photograph your team…successful or not.

Am I really LOCKED in a room? With no way out?

NO! The object of the Challenge is to escape the room, not terrify our guests! ūüôā Seriously, There are two doors into each Challenge. The door through which you enter the Challenge is NEVER LOCKED. The object is to exit out the other door.

If the entry door is never locked, can I come and go as I please?

Nope. If you, for any reason, go out the “in” door, then your Challenge is over. The rest of your group may remain and complete the Challenge, but unfortunately your time is up.

What if I have to use the restroom?

We suggest all participants use the facilities prior to entering their Challenge.

What if it's an EMERGENCY?

We strive to give everyone a fantastic experience, and we will work with you if an emergency situation arises that is beyond your control.

How many people can attempt a Challenge at once?

Each Challenge is designed for a certain number of participants, based on room size. Currently TITANIC X and THE FORMULA can each accommodate 8 participants at a time, for each 1 hour time slot

Can I play with just my friends?

Yes, you can do so by booking all time slots for a Challenge. Otherwise, open booking slots are available to others for purchase and play.

What if I have a birthday party and want to book more people per Challenge?

We are limited by space, however, depending on your specific situation, we may be able to accommodate a slight increase in participants. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Is there an age limit?

Nominally, no. However, most young children cannot cognitively process many of the puzzles in our rooms. That being said, there are some pretty bright kids out there. Use your judgement, as each participant slot costs the same.

The recommended age to play is 14 years and over. Anyone under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.

When should I arrive for my Challenge?

We require each participant to arrive at The Gr8 Escape at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their Challenge. This allows us to brief everyone and allows for last minute “necessities”

What is your cancellation policy?

Your purchase is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be done 24 hours in advance. No cancellations accepted.

I'm claustrophobic! Why on earth would I want to do this?

Our rooms are designed with a way out, that you will always have access to…no matter what part of the room you are in. The “IN” door is NEVER locked. Most of the rooms are the size of an office or bedroom. There is only one portion of one Challenge that is about the size of a hallway

Is your facility wheelchair/handicap accessible?

ABSOLUTELY!! As parents of a son with Cerebral Palsy, we know the frustration of not being able to participate in certain activities because of his wheelchair. We intentionally designed this facility to accommodate all individuals. It is only one story, with no ramps. All doors and the restroom  comply with ADA requirements.

Do you have a party room or area?

We do have a small conference/party room that can be booked  at any time for any reason. Cost is $40 per hour, no minimum. A $25 cleaning fee is required. A $65 deposit is required to reserve the room. Party room cancellations MUST be made 2 days, in advance, in order to receive your full deposit back. Cancellations made less than 2 days, will forfeit 50% of your deposit.
